The entire team at An Hao Clinic is taking every precaution to ensure your safety and health in this tumultuous time. We are taking the following steps to ensure your health and safety:
Wiping down exposed surfaces in treatment rooms and high traffic areas after each patient visit
Washing hands with a COVID-19 acceptable handwash before and during patient visits
Wiping down all equipment between patient visits
Sterilizing (in an autoclave) all metal instruments
Taking care to not be talking when we our faces are in close proximity
Expanding social distance by discontinuing hugging and shaking hands
If someone arrives with upper respiratory symptoms, we are limiting their movement within the clinic and masking and gloving providers to reduce our exposure so that we can be here for you
Here is what you can do to help in this process:
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (two rounds of happy birthday), always after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing; going to the bathroom; and before eating or preparing food
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then immediately throw the tissue in the trash before washing your hands
Call us (503-224-7224) before coming if you have upper respiratory symptoms (cough, runny nose, sore throat) and if you do come in, wear a mask which are located inside the front door.
Stay home and call the clinic if you have the following symptoms ofCOVID-19:
Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath
This is more urgent if you:
Have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19
Live in or have recently traveled from an area with ongoing spread of COVID-19.
