I am a naturopathic physician and licensed acupuncturist who is passionate about partnering with patients and empowering them to take an active role in their healing.
By identifying the root causes of illness, I work collaboratively with patients to address obstacles to health through evidence-based treatments that may include lifestyle counseling, nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and Chinese herbal medicine. As a cancer survivor, I have a special interest in supporting patients experiencing side effects from conventional cancer treatment, as well as those seeking guidance and care after completing treatment.
I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master’s degree in Acupuncture, with a specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine, from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2024. I provide trauma-informed, compassionate, evidence-based care to support each patient on their individual path to health. Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog, reading, being with family, and knitting.
