The An Hao staff are here to serve you in many ways.  Besides being the friendly face and voice to greet you upon checking in and while helping you in completion of your office visit, they work behind the scenes to manage scheduling, carry out insurance billing and other billing procedures, and maintain our pharmacy so that you can receive the herbs and supplements you need. They also communicate with doctors, therapists, and insurers to assure your records are up to date.

The clinic office is managed by Bee Oliver-Gilbert and our staff members Michelle and Melissa come from backgrounds relevant to their functions at An Hao, such as serving at natural health care offices, insurance companies, and non-profit organizations. Each member takes on aspects of all the necessary tasks, but there is also a certain degree of specialization according to unique talents, prior training, and experience. Additionally, Jessica Cerrato serves as medical assistant to Dr. Vickers, participating in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as required for each patient’s office visit.  Students of the National University of Naturopathic Medicine also provide assistance to Dr. Vickers as interns and observers.
