Massage helps you become more in tune with your body and is an important step in the process of balancing your health. This is why I focus my therapeutic massage on the areas where people carry the most tension and stress. As needed, I integrate deep-tissue techniques to release tightness in the connective tissues and lengthen muscles. I have worked with a diverse clientele, including patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, patients with chronic injuries, and those simply seeking relaxation.
Starting as a receptionist at An Hao Natural Health Care Clinic, where I was surrounded by experts in natural health care, I drew inspiration from them, and undertook the study of massage therapy. I graduated from the East West College of Healing Arts in 2009 and continue to take courses to broaden my techniques and refine my skills, including courses in deep tissue, myofascial release, and Thai massage.
A Minnesota native, I have lived in Oregon since 2002. I hold a special place in my heart for Minnesota and return to visit frequently, but I’ve become a true Oregonian, where I enjoy camping, hiking, biking, swimming, yoga, and living a holistic, healthy lifestyle.
