Resuming Patient Visits to An Hao Natural Health Care Clinic

For patients wishing to have an inpatient visit, please observe the following procedures:

If you are fully vaccinated:
If you are two weeks out from your last dose of the vaccine and you bring your vaccination card to your appointment, as of June 15, 2021, you will no longer need to complete the Covid screening questions upon entering the clinic. We will make a copy of your card and place it in your chart. Masks are still required and we will continue to perform screenings by taking your temperature. As always, if you have any Covid-19 symptoms please alert us before you come to the clinic so we can determine what is best and if it is appropriate to come to your appointment.

If you are not fully vaccinated:
You should not come to the clinic if you are experiencing an acute illness or have visited with groups larger than 6 people or from 2 or more households or travels by train, plane or bus in the last 14 days.   If you have a concern as to whether or not you should come to the clinic for an appointment because of symptoms you have experienced, recent visit to a “hot spot” for the infection, or having been in close proximity to someone with confirmed corona virus infection, a clinician will determine the best course.

During this time, you must wear a mask while at the clinic.  You may use a homemade mask or a commercially produced one.
So that we may maintain good control over the clinic conditions, we are adjusting the entry and exit procedures.
  1. When you arrive at the clinic, please complete the brief screening form regarding Covid exposure on the desk in the lobby.
  2. We will perform a rapid temperature scan after you enter and complete your paperwork.
  3. Someone will then escort you to a room.
  4. There will be hand sanitizer as you enter the clinic, please use this or wash your hands before going to your treatment room; if you are wearing protective gloves, apply the sanitizer to the gloves.
  5. After your visit is complete, please go to the front desk (follow arrows on the floor) for payment and supplement pick up. If you do not feel comfortable interacting with the front desk, you may choose to go straight to your car, and call the office (503-224-7224) to arrange payment.

These procedures will minimize the chance of patients bringing the corona virus into the clinic or having a patient exposed to the virus while visiting An Hao.
Thank you for your compliance!
