We are happy to say we are open and providing services. We do require masks to be worn in our clinic to keep all safe and well.
PHARMACY PROTOCOL CHANGES: To help us keep track of pharmacy orders, we are asking patients to email your requests ahead of time to the email listed below; we will call you when it is ready to collect payment and schedule pickup.
.As of July 1st, 2021, we are updating our policy for patients who are fully immunized. If you are two weeks out from your last dose of the vaccine and bring your vaccination card to your appointment, you will no longer need to complete the Covid-19 screening questions. If you are not fully immunized, we ask that you continue to complete the screening. Masks are still required for every patient, regardless of vaccination status. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, please alert us before coming to the clinic so we can determine what is best and if we need to reschedule your appointment.
